A Little Bit Of Everything Cookies.
I call these A Little Bit Of Everything Cookie not because you can put absolutely anything in them, but because they are great for using up all those " all most gone" bags of chocolate chips, M&Ms, coconut shavings, or pretty much any kind of baking candies.
Makes 5 Dozen.
You Will Need:
4 1/2 Cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Cups(4 Sticks Butter) Softened
11/2 Cups Sugar
11/2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 Large Eggs
3 1/2 Cups Baking Candies( I used 2 cups dark chocolate chips, 1 cup white chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
You fan also use 2 cups chopped nuts.
What To Do:
In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar and the vanilla until fluffy.
Then add the flour mixture and the butter mixture together at a low speed until the flour and the butter are completely mixed.
Then fold in the baking candies of you're choice.
When they are all mixed in. Using you're favorite cookie sheet, take tablespoon and get a rounded scoop of dough, place about an inch and a half to two inches apart.
Place the cookies in the oven at 350f. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes,
keep an eye on them, there is not much time between perfectly done and over done. You will know they are done when the edges are a light golden brown.
Let the cookies cool the sheet for two or three minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
Cool for about ten more minutes. before serving.
Then enjoy:)
don't forget to add me to you're circle.
Anna.
