Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hello,
I Am currently staying in a apartment, with no mixer. so I made these by hand.
Which is really fun, but really hard. Because we don't have ANY MIXING SPOONS!
Any way, I got the idea for these cookies from a friend. I never thought I would like sea salt on cookies, but it adds a nice touch to the sweet chewy cookies.
Bake at 350
2 1/2 cups flour
1 baking soda
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
2 cups mini chocolate chips
Sea salt.

Mix together the flour and the baking soda in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl melt the butter, add the brown and the plain sugar to the butter. stir until smooth, add the vanilla and the egg, again mix until smooth.
Add butter mixture to the flour mixture. stir till blended, then fold in the coconut and chocolate chips,
Using a Tablespoon place cookie dough to pan, about an inch and a
half apart.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, and let cool.

enjoy.
